Duties:

Work in a team environment across multiple shifts to pull inventory and prepare orders for pick up by customerPartner with Account Representative to ensure customer satisfactionMay interact with customers to obtain and fulfill ordersAssist customers to identify correct parts, sometimes via phone or emailReceiving, tagging and stocking of parts on shelf for inventoryAttend training sessions regularly to continue professional growth and developmentOther duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills

No previous experience necessaryEffective communicatorTeam player but also capable of completing independent tasksBasic computer skills beneficial with capacity to growAbility to multi-task and manage time wellProfessionalism and customer service skillsPositive attitude with a willingness to learnAttention to detail with a high degree of accuracyKnowledge of industrial parts beneficial but not necessaryAbility to lift up to 35 poundsForklift experience a plus
