On-Site Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on-site in Beaverton, Oregon. A successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality reports on a variety of topics to help drive business decisions, analyze data sets, identify trends and patterns, and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze large datasets Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data-driven approaches Collaborate with other team members, including project managers and analysts, to ensure that reports meet needs, objectives and are completed on time Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems or a related field Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure data integrity Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
