What success looks like in this role:

Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops and serversProvides maintenance and support on legacy productsMay Provides Support for Enterprise ProductsPerforms disk replacement on enterprise storage productsInstalls and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers and peripheralsSupports network products from operational and maintenance perspectives Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as requiredTests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applicationsProvides follow-up on problems or escalationMaintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dressInsures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transactionEnsures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing systemact on the world

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Suitable technical experienceA+ certification a plusSpecific Manufacturer certification as required. I, i.e. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. COMPTIA, and NETWORKPLUSSpecific Manufacturers certifications as required. I.e. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. COMPTIA, and NETWORKPLUSTroubleshooting software and hardware problemsKnowledgeable in servers, Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocol, internetworking, configuration, and possess advanced PC support capability.Ability to test and certify PC, networks, servers and client /Unisys approved software applications and associated peripheralsKnowledge of client specific internal procedures and service delivery requirements Excellent analytical and client communication skillsClient and/or governmental clearance may be requiredMicrosoft Server Certified Professional Certification or suitable experience in server handling/break fixPolice or criminal background verification may be required
