The Building People, LLC, has a position open for an On-Site Engineer to provide technical engineering/architectural support and full project management support for a variety of projects from initial concept planning, development of full biddable engineering design and construction packages ready for contract procurement and technical administrative support of the project through to completion and closeout. Periodic travel may be required. Examples of the types of projects include, but is not limited the following: Road Repairs Security Gate Upgrades Security Retrofits Boiler Repairs Chiller Repairs HVAC Repairs Catwalks Upgrade Labs Covered Parking Campus Utility Metering MEP projects
