The On-site Field Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project documentation.
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing construction projectsCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetsConduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standardsPrepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and permitsAssist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction processCommunicate project updates to clients and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in commercial constructionStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methodsExcellent organizational and time management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentKnowledge of safety regulations and best practicesPreferred Skills
Experience with large-scale commercial projectsExperience with solar projects Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
