JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global's client in the Construction space is searching for an On-Site Fleet Service Manager with 5+ years of experience. This individual will be responsible for the following:
- Lead the daily management of the Service Department.
- Coach and communicate job expectations to team members.
- Keep up to date with technical knowledge of all equipment.
- Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for service operations.
- Create reports, analyze data, and implement improvements.
- Ensure data quality for service operations.
- Review and approve weekly employee timesheets.
- Address and follow up on employee concerns.
- Approve repair estimates.
- Complete annual employee reviews.
- Hold regular team meetings and encourage open communication.
- Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and customer service.
- Follow safety rules and company policies.
- Participate in company training to improve skills.
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and management.
- Complete other assigned duties efficiently.
