City Wide Staffing Solutions provides commercial cleaning for a large client campus in the Erie, PA area. We have a full-time, day shift open for a dependable and service-oriented individual who wants to utilize their skillsets in various handyman projects!

Qualified candidates must be professional, outgoing, and friendly. The goal of the position is to provide the company with a clean, well-maintained, and fully functioning environment. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the building handyman/contractor perform light maintenance in a different type of handyman/contracting needs for assigned buildings under proper supervision.

Duties

Light handyman/contractor services in various offices/work areas to include, but not limited to:

Light Carpentry. Moving Furniture Minor Plumbing Minor Electrical Weather Striping Masonry Repair Various Painting Repairs Flooring Repairs Drywall Patching Door and Window Repair Ceiling Tile Repair and Replacement

Maintain clean and orderly maintenance service areas and equipment.

Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties.
