**ON-SITE HR/Recruiting Coordinator -Windsor, CO** **W2 Ongoing Contract** We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, CO. This role involves managing a high volume of candidates in an industrial setting, supporting various recruitment activities including screenings, application assistance, interview coordination, and assisting in the offer process. **Responsibilities:** + Greeting and guiding candidates through the recruitment process + Will be conducting in-person tours for candidates throughout the plant and giving a safety presentation. + Gather feedback from candidates + Conduct quick screens and assist with online applications + Troubleshoot application issues as needed + Coordinate interviews with hiring managers + Assist with offer letters and electronic signatures + Create new requisitions for different departments + Finishing onboarding documentation, scheduling start dates + Monitoring retention by doing exit interviews, candidate experience interviews, etc. **Requirements:** + 1 year + of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator doing onboarding. + Work from 11 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday on-site at our client's location in Windsor. + Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly and dependable + Experience in a high volume/fast-paced environment, detail-oriented. + High School Diploma or GED **Preferred Skills:** + · Experience with SuccessFactors is a huge plus. **About Talent Solutions** Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP, and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
