Our client, a well-established manufacturing partner, is looking for an Onsite Manager to join their team in Chatsworth, CA. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee daily workforce operations, support recruiting efforts, and maintain client satisfaction at the worksite.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily check-ins with associates and supervisors to ensure smooth operationsMonitor and complete daily and weekly reportingProcess payroll accurately and on timeCoordinate and participate in recruiting efforts, including job fairsOversee onboarding and check-in processes for new hiresMaintain a strong presence onsite and support weekend/OT needs as required

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and SpanishProficient with computers and reporting systemsPrevious experience in onsite staffing or recruiting preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAble to work weekends and overtime when needed

Pay & Schedule:

Pay rate: $25.00 – $32.00 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMMust be available for weekends and overtime as needed
