Our client, a fast-paced logistics and distribution facility, is seeking an On-Site Manager to join their team in Edison, NJ. This role involves managing temporary employees, coordinating daily operations, and serving as the key point of contact between the staffing agency and the client. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate temporary employees at the client’s locationServe as the main point of contact for the client regarding staffing needs and employee performanceOversee job postings, applicant screening, and onboardingConduct safety meetings and perform forklift driving tests for new hiresConfirm employee adherence to GMP, PPE, and dress code policiesMonitor time and attendance via time clocks or manual sign-in sheetsEnsure all employees are following OSHA safety guidelinesPerform warehouse walkthroughs to ensure productivity and complianceTrain or assist in training new employees on client processesCommunicate any unsafe practices or conditions to client leadershipSupport weekend scheduling and coordination as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in workforce management, staffing, or on-site coordinationStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsFamiliarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse environmentsBilingual (Spanish/English) preferredMust be comfortable with conducting safety training and overseeing complianceExperience with timekeeping and basic payroll processes

Pay & Schedule:

Annual Salary: $48,000 – $52,000Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PMOccasional weekend coordination required
