PRN (as needed) Registrar opportunities available for those who are able to train on-site in Clearwater, FL for 12-15 business days after hire. This position requires 1 year or more of customer service experience and a desire to work in a patient-facing position. Please apply with a completed resume. 


This is an on-site position in Tampa, FL. Our goal is to pre-schedule interviews; however, walk-ins are welcome. If walk-ins come and managers are not available, we will make sure to keep you information and follow up! We hope to meet you!


The Registrar will work on-site. Hiring managers from St. Joseph's Hospital and St. Joseph's Women and Children's Hospital will be interviewing.

General Responsibilities of Registrars

The Registrar may be responsible for any of the following: Registration, patient-focused customer service, Insurance Verification, Financial Counseling, Scheduling, Bed Control, Cashier or Reception and must demonstrate proficiency in at least three of these modalities (one must be Registration) within 6 months of hire.Successful completion of additional modalities within department may qualify team member for career advancement (Registrar Career Ladder). Team member may be required to rotate shift periodically and take call. Team member will perform other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Experience: 1 year of customer service
