REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES:
As talked in our meeting in Lisboa, we are have the need to present a proposal to our customer, The Navigator Company, please find below the information (Consider this as guidelines):

Deskside Field Engineer, resident in the customer site in Ejea de Los Cabelleros;
Backup for Vacations and Other absences;
Ability for HW and SW analysis and diagnosis;
Good communication skills; knowing how to ask the right questions and maintaining a certain calm in speech;
Ability to work in a team;
Customer orientation;
Understanding and compliance with SLAs;
Ability to follow predefined processes and/or procedures;
Adaptability;
Good knowledge of Windows platforms and Microsoft applications;
Base knowledge of Active Directory ;
Base knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
Base knowledge of Office365;
