Manage the end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new joiners. This includes setting up and properly documenting all hire-related paperwork, facilitating virtual orientations, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance for regional hires. The Onboarding Executive plays a crucial role in delivering timely and organized onboarding paperwork and processes, setting new joiners up for success from their very first day.

Key responsibilities Deliver timely and organized onboarding paperwork and processes to set new joiners up for a good experience. Ensure data accuracy and compliance for regional hires, as well as proper storage of documents. Facilitate virtual orientations for new joiners to ensure smooth start of employment. Identify opportunities to implement automations in our process and take advance of IA to make easier the process & candidate/employee experience. Follow up on Pre-employment and New Hire paperwork duties, to ensure candidates deliver any necessary documentation in time for their start date. Creation of Offer Letters and storage of them through DocuSign and Open Text Review full accuracy and completion of contract and paperwork, to ensure the creation of the new joiner profile in the system is compliant and accurate (for Benefit, Payroll, and Audits/Reporting Purposes) Facilitate and schedule Virtual Orientation sessions for new joiners, to ensure they get introduced to Kerry, learn about our values, and get an overall training on main system usage (by each team required) Ensure compensation compliance, by monitoring offers and bonuses offered before completing Offer letters, to ensure we are compliant with Rewards Governance. Look for optimization ideas and work in projects to further improve our metrics and service delivery. Support Talent Acquisition teams in travel arrangements for candidates in a selection process.  Qualifications and skills

-     0-1 years of Experience as intern in HR or related so can have idea about the process to execute. 

-     Portuguese language Skills

-    PowerPoint for effective presentation of data including graphs and charts.
-    Word to produce mail merges, letters, etc.  

-    Outlook to apply rules and manage folders, scheduling and diaries, build standardized templates and manage processes 

-    Excel including Fx functions, Pivots, charts, data analysis and presentation into day-to-day work.
