About the role

Zillow Group is looking for an Onboarding Consultant to join our growing Rentals team. In this position, you will be the next step after a deal is closed. This is a chance to create a big impact on one of the fastest growing businesses at Zillow. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Work closely with sales and portfolio consultants to provide a flawless onboarding experience for partners.

Be the number one point of contact for partners during the onboarding process.

Verify complete and correct contract details.

Build rental listings after identifying the best method for data acquisitions and quality check once live on our platforms.

Build enhanced ad creatives and quality checks across our platform and social media.

Work with the sales team and clients to provide technical support and resolve any issues.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $27.80 - $44.40 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
