PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs. Organize orientation sessions for new hires, covering company policies, culture, and job-specific training. Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs and make improvements as needed. Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and employee progress. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. Proactively provide additional trainings with new customers who are struggling or in danger of churning. Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of the functions and special features of Propertyware/ Buildium and be able to effectively transfer this knowledge to a wide range of users. Build connection with clients to promote client engagement and avoid them from churning. Continue to iterate on the program using your personality and voice to create a memorable onboarding experience. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Experience working with and leading a team. Experience in Training and Onboarding. Excellent communication and project management skills.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

In-depth knowledge of Buildium and Propertyware product functionality, competitive landscape, and points of differentiation. Experience in the residential property management industry is a plus. Experience working across geographies as part of a global and distributed team.
