SummaryPosted: Feb 12, 2025Role Number:200590823The People Product Management (PPM) team, a group with People Services and Technology, is looking for an experienced onboarding technology professional to partner with our People teams to drive optimization through our enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with onboarding technology and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a very fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role requires deep product expertise and experience with HR/People processes. As an Onboarding Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, development, and implementation of solutions across Apple’s Onboarding Technology ecosystem. Collaborating closely with business partners and technical teams, you will design product solutions, define requirements, and coordinate the execution and delivery of initiatives that enhance the Apple candidate/employee experience, streamline People processes, and support strategic goals.DescriptionDescription- Work across the People organization and with other members of the product team to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for onboarding technology platforms, aligning with strategic People team goals and objectives. - Develop and orchestrate End-to-End Onboarding processes, and integrate Onboarding solutions with Recruiting, HCM, Procurement, and other digital systems. - Implement onboarding solutions (Rival Workflow, SilkRoad Technology: RedCarpet Onboarding, ServiceNow Enterprise Onboarding & Transitioning, Workday Onboarding etc) - Collaborate with partners, including business leaders (HR Legal, Compliance, Privacy & Accessibility teams, and end-users) to gather and understand their requirements. - Assist in creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and urgency. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in collaboration with engineering teams. - Translate business needs into product solutions, and draft requirements and user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and release plans. - Contribute towards continuous improvement of leading standard processes. - Influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of Onboarding Product solutioning experience (Rival Workflow, SilkRoad RedCarpet Onboarding, ServiceNow Enterprise Onboarding & Transitioning, Workday Onboarding etc) for in-house/cloud global implementationsExperience creating effective business requirements and evaluating solution optionsAbility to use data and analysis to stitch and drive decision-makingMaintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional, and technology areasDemonstrated experience conducting design workshops with cross-functional and worldwide business partnersThrives in ambiguous work environment.
