Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
\nTemporary Assignment 
\nPay Range: $24.00 - $25.00

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n

We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.  In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires, setting them up for success from day one. You will act as a liaison between HR,  and new employees to facilitate paperwork.

\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n\tManage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.\n\tPrepare and process new hire paperwork, including credentials, tax forms, and background checks.\n\tConduct orientation sessions and introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.\n\tCoordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary tools and access.\n\tMaintain accurate records of employee onboarding progress in HR systems.\n\tProvide ongoing support to new hires during their initial period with the company.\n\tIdentify and implement improvements in the onboarding experience.\n\n\n
