Onboarding & Recruitment Specialist Job Description: We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual to lead the recruitment, development, and empowerment of top-tier certified accountants for our growing team. This role will focus on building a dynamic pipeline of exceptional professionals who will have the opportunity to grow into influential Practice Success Consultants or Senior Practice Success Specialists. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine onboarding processes and procedures for leads joining the Accountants Program.Qualify, vet, and manage assigned leads to ensure alignment with company objectives. Oversee and retain a dedicated list of strategic accountants, maintaining an allocated base. Serve as an ambassador for Sage within the Accountants Forum, actively promoting our presence and support. Organize and participate in regional events to showcase Sage and its offerings. Skills, know-how and experience: - Bilingual. - Excellent Telephone Etiquette. - Computer literacy - MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). - Some experience or previous training in accounting or payroll. - SBCA/SBCP and or Intacct. qualification - Product knowledge of Accountants edition and program.
