Onboarding Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Sales Manager to join our Training and Onboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding new sales representatives (together with Sales Trainers), ensuring they are set up for success from day one. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of coaching, mentoring, and hands-on management.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new sales representatives, providing them with the tools, training, and support needed to excel.

Coaching: Propel new hires to success through detailed coaching and mentoring, helping them understand and achieve their sales targets.

Management: Micro-manage and closely monitor the progress of new hires, ensuring they stay on track and meet their goals. Provide thorough and attentive guidance to new hires, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their tasks and goals, and are achieving them daily.

Training: Conduct comprehensive follow-up training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and internal systems.

Performance Tracking: Utilize your understanding of numbers to track and analyze the performance of new hires, providing actionable feedback and strategies for improvement.

Conflict Resolution: Effectively handle any conflicts or issues that arise during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.

Innovation: Think outside of the box to develop and implement creative strategies that enhance the onboarding experience and drive success.

Salesforce Expertise: Use your experience with Salesforce to manage and track onboarding activities and sales performance.

Spreadsheet Proficiency: Maintain and utilize spreadsheets to organize data, track progress, and generate reports.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of outstanding sales performance.

Leadership: Strong desire to help others succeed and a proven ability to coach and develop sales talent.

Attention to Detail: Provide new hires with close, daily guidance to ensure every detail is accounted for and managed effectively.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional understanding of numbers and performance metrics.

Conflict Resolution: Skilled in resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive team environment.

Ambition: Highly ambitious and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Learning Ability: Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes rapidly.

CRM: Experience working with Salesforce is preferred.

Technical Skills: Great knowledge of spreadsheets and data management.
