Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist role is fundamental to helping our valued customers get started quickly with Densify.  Additionally, the Onboarding Specialist serves as a liaison between the customer and the Densify ecosystem, streamlining partnership with Account Managers, Technical Services, Product Management, and others.

 

At Densify, you will work with a team of professionals who believe that customer retention, expansion and advocacy is the result and not the reason of the hard work we put in everyday helping our customers solve problems they are passionate about. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Onboard, Set up and Train customers for successful consumption of Densify recommendationsKeep an organized and responsive relationship with customers throughout the onboarding processUtilize product and domain expertise to serve as a product coachContinuously feed suggestions for improvement to Sales, Product Management and Account Management teams to enhance customer experiences Work closely with the Densify Account Team (Account Manager, TAM, Technical Services) to strategize on how to help customers realize value from DensifyWork to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities

Requirements: 

Outstanding communication skills over email, phone and video.  The thought of presenting and speaking to new people each day excites you. Your style is concise and empathetic – with a balance of teaching and listening/learning yourself, as well as the ability to lead a conversation.2-5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success roles supporting B2B Saas servicesExperience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent cloudAbility to work on multiple tasks; ability to prioritize your workload and adjust to shifting prioritiesProactive and positive approach to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships
