Onboarding Specialist
Job Title: Onboarding Specialist Job Description + Supports all aspects of pre-employment and on-boarding activities inclusive of pre-employment testing, I-9 processing, PI surveys, goal attainment for the new hires, IDs, and entry of new hires in the company’s HRIS system. + Coordinates and maintains all aspects of the pre-employment verification process and monitors applicant status via business partner’s website. + Prepares and leads employee onboarding experience assessing background requirements, compliance/credentialing documents. + Proactively monitors all open onboarding cases and provides guidance to the team on all activities. + Partners with cross-functional vendors including background companies, client vendors, and third-party IT vendors. + Demonstrates extreme attention to detail, ensuring compliance deadlines are managed and organized correctly. + Identifies and reports issues within the employee experience. + Compiles and updates employee records. + Prepares, audits employee and DOT files, and collects offer letters, I9 forms, E-Verify, payroll forms, and company policy manual acknowledgments. + Collects and stores interview guides and interview rating grids. + Prepares and files all new hire employee folders. + Partners with the Recruiting team to ensure all goals are met. + Assigned to Ad Hoc Team projects as needed.
