Responsibilities: + Designing and implementing onboarding programs for new hires to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles. + Conducting orientation sessions and training for new employees, covering company policies, procedures, and culture. + Providing ongoing support and guidance to new hires during their initial period at the company. + Collaborating with HR and departmental managers to gather necessary resources and information for effective onboarding. + Collecting feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience and making improvements accordingly. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and have a strong understanding of the onboarding process. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to create an engaging and informative onboarding experience.
