Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing onboarding programs for new hires to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles. Conducting orientation sessions and training for new employees, covering company policies, procedures, and culture. Providing ongoing support and guidance to new hires during their initial period at the company. Collaborating with HR and departmental managers to gather necessary resources and information for effective onboarding. Collecting feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience and making improvements accordingly.
