Requirements

Board Certified/ Board Eligible in oncologyUnrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted licenseU.S. ACGME Residency Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$7.25 - $999.99
