**Job Description Summary**
As the Oncology Care Area Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all Product Management elements of the USCAN Oncology Pathways portfolio to grow orders and define Oncology pathways offerings. This role will actively mine voice of customer and market insights to formulate and operationalize product strategy, tailor product configurations and pricing for customer segment value, identifying growth opportunities, guide product market segmentation gaps with Global oncology pathways team.

**Essential Responsibilities**
Growth, Strategy, and Product Execution
+ Employ market research, industry trends, voice of customer, market share, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence and price realization to develop product strategy and influence roadmap development.
+ Work cross-functionally and horizontally to design, develop & test, commercialize, operationalize and continuously evolve theOncology solutions portfolio.
+ Catch and commercialize new product introductions from global including development of product configurations, quote descriptions, and pricing in coordination with Lead Business Integrators. Partner with Marketing on Value Proposition refinement and Learning & Development on sales enablement training.
+ Lead NPI product evaluation contracting and management (ME/pilot sites for product rollout / product pivot).
+ Work horizontally with modalities, Imaging, Services & Healthcare Financial Services to develop, evaluate and launch new region-specific commercial offerings (i.e. subscription models).
+ Partner with global oncology teams to inform and invet business cases for in-organic and organic growth opportunities based on USCAN market needs and dynamics
+ Ensure compliance with NCA process, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
+ Liaise with Enterprise Operations to provide technical support for RFPs, create and manage catalogs (including long/medium/short descriptions and set-up in CPQ, NPI change orders and backlog conversions, management of flex trials, and technology obsolescence agreements.
+ Lead customer visits, presenting product portfolio and roadmap presentations in partnership with global modality.
+ Work closely with Modality GMs and Marketing Directors to develop and execute showsite and key opinion leader strategies.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
+ 10+ years’ experience in product management, marketing or related field
+ Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
+ Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills
+ Strong analytical and process skills
+ Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams
**Desired Characteristics**
+ MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
+ 12+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
+ Experienced in portfolio development
+ Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
+ Healthcare oncology product/industry acumen
+ Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
+ Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $142,400.00-$213,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
