Supervisor provides oversight for the Medical Oncology Clinical Laboratory Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Models the effective efficient operation by scheduling and assigning work to insure efficiency Shifts assignments as required to respond to workflow demands middot Responsible for oversight of the quality management program in each section including CAP proficiency surveys maintenance of records and quality assurance programsmiddot In collaboration with the Laboratory Manager is responsible for staff selection training daily direction performance evaluations counseling and discipline middot Works closely with the Medical Director and other supervisory team to formulate section activities modify and implement test procedures and policies and maintain adherence to all regulatory TJC CAP CLIA etc regulations middot Participates in the planning and execution of department projects and service goals middot Travel between multiple sites
