Job Description The role is responsible in leading and coordinate all cross functional engagements related to government deals and bid planning, effectively influencing support teams to bring the best resources, to ensure deal is financially sound and successful.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring that the deal and bids from Government are commercially viable and contributes to the overall PNL of the account
Manages processes and improves sales while reducing operational costs
Responsible and accountable for the the compliance to government's procurement policy aligned with the organization
Works to ensure that the overall program structure and program management processes enable the program and its component teams to successfully complete their work
Define and initiate projects and assign project managers to manage cost, schedule and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program.
Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
Build credibility, establish rapport and maintain communication with the portfolio managers, sponsors, stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization enabling management of program performance, risk and issues.
Possess the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in the program, project, business and/or government environments, and to make decisions that accomplish strategic objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience
4+ years of work experience as Project Manager for Government
Solid in project / program management methodologies and tools
Proven track-record of executing large scale projects (>$5Mn)
Solid understanding of technologies to manage dependencies
Ideally managed larger organizational / technology transformation projects
Experience in predictive project management. Experience in agile project management is optional
Understanding of interfaces and E2E requirements to manage and leverage Tooling, Automation, Analytics
B. Level of Knowledge
Level 2 – Experienced: 3-4 years of work experience in the desired / closely related area(s)
Level 3 – Solid: 5-7 years of work experience in the desired / closely related area(s)
