Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to Implement strategic loyalty Channels programs and coordinate with business managers to ensure a consistent approach to implementation and application across organizations to drive efficiency and realize growth to improve ABB’s market penetration and growth aspirations. You will evaluate, improve and optimize the business processes aligned with the business global and local strategy. The work model for the role is: remote (#Li-Remote)This role is contributing to the Electrification business. You will be mainly accountable for:• Maintain and improve efficacy of existing channel programs, while identifying worthwhile opportunities for new programs to drive additional growth. Partner with global while ensuring all legal and finance approvals are maintained. • Primary owner of ABB’s Single Line Partnership program and Water Partner Program, including rebate and capital cost management, collaboration with Segment Sales Leader, critical examination and simplification of rebate schemes, and designing an effective Marketing funds (MDF) program.• Managing sponsorship opportunities with NAED and actively planning and crafting messages for key distributor association meetings (NAED, IESD)• Driving digital engagement and data visibility with key channel partners and supporting ABB organizations (primary functional owner of Distributor Optimization Dashboard, etc)
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.Experience in distribution channel and account management in the industry required.Strong ability to engage and mobilize cross functional teams to perform. Experience leading in a matrix environment and deep understanding of the market and ABB environment.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
