Online Business Head

Position Summary

1. Maximize sales revenue by understanding the assigned regions and accounts.
2. Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure the market leadership by managing market distribution trends.
3. Develop short, mid, and long term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives.
4. Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Region/account management] Manage organization and relationship building with accounts to lead the market change by understanding the regional e-commerce ecosystem trends.

2. [Revenue management] Drive to manage sell-in/out, logistic methodologies and inventory management and control weekly, monthly, and annual sales revenue by account.

3. [Online infrastructure improvement] Manage user experience to build and boost the online store sales and strategize its service.

Skills and Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum 12 years of related experience in Ecommerce leadership, strategy and people/team management, preferably in similar consumer electronics / consumer goods and ecommerce industries, and a Bachelor's degree in business or other related fields

• Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome for E-commerce strategies

• Has expertise in most or all job areas within a job family

• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
