Position Overview:

As the e-commerce manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our online sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker and passionate doer with a hands-on approach to managing our e-commerce platforms, enhancing user experience, driving traffic, and increasing conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals.Manage and optimize our e-commerce website(s) and other online sales channels.Oversee product listings, inventory management, and pricing strategies.Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).Analyze and report on e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, etc.) and use data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey.Hire and Lead a team of e-commerce specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, customer service, and IT to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or related fields, preferably in the beauty industry.Proven track record of increasing online sales and optimizing user experience.Working knowledge in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).Strong leadership and project management skills.Strong negotiation skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
