Your mission

You will be launching the online long-term communities business in Ipsos Switzerland. The missions are for you to shape but that would broadly encompass: 

Drive commercial growth for Ipsos communities and custom panels Act as a subject-matter expert in community-based research and be vocal about our expertise Be a trusted advisor with our key clients and Ipsos teams to develop a long-term community culture

You will be also able to help the qualitative team on managing and delivering qualitative projects.

 

What you will need to succeed:

Experience in and passion for selling and delivering online communities (qual and quant) is essential, ideally with experience deploying communities for a variety of different business questions, and experience advising clients on how the insights yielded can play a critical role in brand and marketing strategy A strong entrepreneurial spirit  A strong understanding of online communities and panels (long/short/qual/quant), and how communities can be leveraged to answer our clients’ business questions. Active business development A strong qualitative skillset, to be supporting the qual team on 100% qual occasional projects  A truly multicultural mindset  And finally, a never-ending curiosity for innovation

Knowledge and Skills

Proven track record selling and delivering online communities, and more specifically long term communities (over 6 months communities) Mandatory Demonstrated success in developing deep, lasting relationships with senior-level clients (research, marketing, C-suite)  A passion for digital approaches, and a strong presence in social media Client service and business building with a background in strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English) in addition to well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills are necessary Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Identify opportunities for, and contribute to making Ipsos Switzerland ‘more famous’, e.g. press releases, publications, client events, appearing at conferences, etc. Strong qualitative skills
