Responsibilities

Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:Customer Concierge:Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forwardCoordinates virtual inspection using our inspection applicationCoordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/emailMaintain activity logOther duties as assigned
