Online Customer Marketing Manager
**The Role:** The Online Customer Marketing Specialist will have the country responsibility to develop & grow our E-tail business with the primary focus to improve, innovate and deliver the best-in-class Brand & Online customer experience, which leads to consumers purchasing our products at Logitech Official Stores (i.e. Lazada / Shopee). This role reports to the Country Retail Manager. The key responsibilities include; + Define and lead the Country Online marketing strategy, building calendar of priorities and activities + Drive creativity & innovation for our brands through Online campaign executions + Lead the Online Marketing program & promotion execution + Provide assistance in the analysis of data from key campaigns to then create, share & grow best practice scenarios + Build Logitech’s brand & mindshare with both eCommerce Partner and Consumers in terms of product content, information and execution online + Lead the best-in-class product launches and ensure full visibility of products online + Assist in the creation of demand generation strategies & programs, such as Product Display Pages (PDP), Landing Pages, Content Pieces, Search Engine or Social Media activation that will eventually drives consumers to our brand store + Timely content & activities put in place to achieve company business targets and the support the sales to maximize business opportunities in country **Your Contribution:** Move fast. Redefine online customer marketing in Malaysia, and create the best-in-class digital execution + Closely tie in Online strategy with country revenue and profitability target **Your Skills:** For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team: + Bachelor’s degree with good academic performance is nice to have + Minimum 5 years of experience in Online sales & marketing + Demonstrable experience executing online programs with clear Goals/Outcomes + Demonstrable experience using Search Engine tactics and executions to deliver commercial outcomes + An understanding of various Social Media platforms and how they can be used to drive a consumer purchase. + Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships across many partners and agency + Strong knowledge of market/customer needs with good market analytics skills + Can work independently, self-motivated with good communication skills and willing to initiate / explore new ideas + Ability to work under stressful environments with extremely short turnaround time + Ability to work under ambiguous situations, and demonstrate the ability to define steps to meet goals + Skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must + Experience in FMCG Industry or Online Marketplace Platform (Lazada & Shopee) is a plus **\#LI-KS1**
