Online Customer Marketing Manager
**The Role:** The Online Customer Marketing Specialist will have the responsibility to develop & grow our E-tail business with the primary focus to improve, innovate and deliver the best-in-class Brand & Online customer experience, which leads to consumers purchasing our products at Logitech Official Stores (i.e. Lazada / Shopee). This role reports to the Head of Online. The key responsibilities include; + Planning and defining online activation strategies and creation of execution calendars for key online activities. + Lead sales conversion efforts through demand generation campaigns and programs to achieve sales targets. + Analysis of sales data to then create, recommend & improve best practice scenarios. + Lead collaboration efforts with eCommerce Partners to improve Logitech's brand standing and growth within the e-commerce platforms. + Build Logitech’s brand & mindshare with both eCommerce Partners and Consumers by leading standout digital merchandising efforts, digital content, landing pages, search engine and social media activation to continuously acquire digital customers **Your Contribution:** Move fast. Optimize and grow the online business in the Philippines through innovative and effective digital sales conversion strategies. + Closely tie in Online strategy with country revenue and profitability target **Your Skills:** For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team: + Bachelor’s degree with good academic performance + Minimum 5 years of experience in Online sales & marketing + Demonstrable experience executing online programs with clear Goals/Outcomes + Demonstrable experience using Search Engine tactics and executions to deliver commercial outcomes + An understanding of various Social Media platforms and how they can be used to drive a consumer purchase. + Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships across many partners and agency + Strong knowledge of market/customer needs with good market analytics skills + Can work independently, self-motivated with good communication skills and willing to initiate / explore new ideas + Ability to work under stressful environments with extremely short turnaround time + Ability to work under ambiguous situations, and demonstrate the ability to define steps to meet goals + Skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a bonus + Experience in FMCG Industry or Online Marketplace Platform (Lazada & Shopee) is a plus The Ideal candidate should also possess the following personal traits + A clear ambition to build a successful career in online marketing + Humorous, and ability to laugh away stressful scenarios + Passion for technology, music and sports + ‘Never say die’ attitude \#LI-ET1
