As AGS commemorates its 10th anniversary and to coordinate with Amazon’s main brand update, the demand for cohesive branding solutions for sellers and elevated design standards has grown significantly. The Online Marketing Design Intern will play a pivotal role in developing internal and external design assets to amplify awareness of the AGS brand visual precense. Under the mentorship of marketing designer, this position offers hands-on experience in conceptualizing and establishing design frameworks while supporting strategic initiatives such as key AGS events, product launches, and product promotional campaigns across the online and offline channel.
The intern underneath designer will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across domains to deliver high-impact creative solutions and build design mechanism. Additionally, this role involves analyzing seller feedback and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities for design innovation, ensuring AGS’s brand presence is optimized to differentiate and excel in a competitive marketplace.
Key job responsibilities
• Design & Production: Create and help bar raise visually compelling assets digital, print, and
multimedia for internal/external campaigns, product launches, and AGS events, ensuring alignment
with brand guidelines.
• Brand Strategy Support: Assist in developing design frameworks and templates to maintain brand
consistency across all touchpoints.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with domain owners, product marketing teams, and
stakeholders to deliver high-impact creative solutions for promotional initiatives.
• Insight-Driven Innovation: Analyze seller feedback and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities
for design optimization and brand differentiation.
• Campaign Execution: Support designer with the rollout of key initiatives, including different
campaign assets design and bar raise accross online/offline channel.
• Market Competitiveness: Propose fresh design ideas to enhance AGS’s visibility and appeal in a
competitive landscape.
