Online Marketing Manager

Position Summary

As the e-Commerce Marketing Manager, you are responsible for leading the digital acquisition, conversion, and retention strategy for Samsung’s eStore (Dotcom and Shop App). You will executes performance-driven campaigns across paid media, search, social, affiliates, and re-marketing channels to drive online sales, customer growth, and ROAS. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Digital/CRM, Product Marketing, and Channel Sales) and agencies to optimize the end-to-end user journey and performance across the funnel.

Role and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:Campaign Planning & GTM ExecutionDrive digital media campaigns to support new product launches & high-impact eStore promotions (e.g. seasonal, tactical) Manage Live Commerce activities from agency/influencer hosts management, content plan to executing simulcast and delivering post-even insights.Ensure timely execution of D2C go-to-market (GTM) media campaigns with strong local relevance.Performance Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across paid channels.Plan and manage media budgets effectively across awareness, acquisition, and re-marketing campaigns.Continuously test creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and targeting for improvement.Data-Driven Insights & ReportingMonitor and analyze campaign results to identify key learnings and opportunities, providing structured performance reports and post-campaign reviews.Agency & Vendor ManagementBrief, guide, and review partner agencies (campaign creatives, media, and affiliate) to ensure strategic alignment and performance delivery.Evaluate media proposals, creatives, and campaign results from external vendors.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Channel Sales, Product Marketing, and Corporate/Digital Marketing to ensure integrated D2C marketing plansPartner with HQ and Regional D2C marketing leads to roll out performance-driven innovations and continuously optimize operations.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, or related field5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce, tech, or FMCGProven track record in optimizing ROAS and managing large-scale media budgetsData-driven with strong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent communication and project management skillsKnowledge of the eCommerce landscape is a strong advantageMust be willing to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig
