Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and technical support to the Online Marketing Team in acquiring new individual donor segment, ensuring restricted and unrestricted resource generation through new donor/child sponsor acquisition, disaster relief drives, & seasonal giving campaigns in support of the goals and objectives of WVDF with the end view of becoming a highly trusted organization engaging the publics for transformation

Key Responsibilities

Lead Online Marketing team's initiated fundraising activities and participate in Sponsorship campaign includes pre, during, and post-acquisition processes and tasks. Be consulted on the following online marketing activities:

Paid digital media plan implementation & optimization such as social media advertising, PPC search ads, native advertising, display advertising, Youtube advertising, etc.Content Strategy (paid & organic)Email marketingLead generation and nurturing

Conversion Rate Optimization for Online Marketing Team's initiated activities.

Team management:

Review and approval of deliverablesKPI setting performance accountability, regular performance reviews of direct reportsMonitor reports, web analytics dashboards, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics for digital marketing channels and helping ensure tracking systems are in placeUndertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post

Serve as consultant to other Resource Development Teams as needed e.g. website wireframe review, campaign concept and implementation, occasional review and feedback on their digital implementations which will support WVDF’s implementation of its digital roadmap.

Identification, application & documentation of business process enhancements.

Digital marketing budget planning and management.

Closely work with other teams/outsourced agencies to successfully execute Online Marketing team’s campaigns, deliverables, and business processes which includes but are not limited to:

Creatives request, review and approval for online marketing campaignsContent ideation, tasks and review outsourced copywriter deliverables

Organizational Contribution:

Regularly attend Corporate and Team devotion and prayer as part of staff spiritual nurturingParticipate in meetings and events such as team and organizational, as necessaryTimely submit Performance Agreements that includes Individual Learning and Development Plan and staff spiritual nurture plan, and Annual Performance ReviewsSupport emergency response through fundraising

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Development Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising or any related Social Science course with equivalent substantial experience in fundraising, basic understanding of marketing principles, mass communications, business writing, economics, financial accounting, public speaking, and organizational management.

At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Digital Marketing.

Substantial experience in managing a digital marketing team (in-house/agency set-up).

At least 2 years of experience in leading a team.
