Amazon Global Selling's marketing team has set up brand-owned accounts on many social media platforms in China, including TikTok(CN), WeChat, Weibo, Red, etc. As Amazon Global Selling deepens its layout on Chinese short-video platforms, 2 million+ followers were accumulated, holding the NO.1 accounts in the CBEC industry. Adhering to the tenet of customer obsession, we are committed to serving the full-ecosystem needs of Chinese Amazon Sellers. On the path of brand going global, from the early stage of store launch consultation, the middle stage of Seller education, to the later stage of Seller sustainable success development, we strive to provide content that is useful and appealing to Sellers, continuously maintaining the impact of Amazon as the leading CBEC brand.

As the Social Media Intern, you will support a variety of social content and livestream production to generate awareness for the AGS brand. With the guidance of a team of seasoned marketers, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation and production. You will collaborate with different domain owners to support key AGS events, product launches, and news campaigns. Additionally, you will dive into data to identify insights and take actions to improve marketing performance.

Key job responsibilities
• Brainstorming and planning video social content, bringing in new ideas to pilot.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth video/livestream
production execution.
• Providing on-site support during video/livestream production.
• Supporting routine livestream planning, operation, and production.
• Assisting with AGS annual Seller Conference event livestream planning, operation, and production.
• Supporting vendor pitching, contract, and internal processes for event and creative projects.
• Managing internal coordination, communication, and production vendor relationships.
• Tracking and analyzing data for video and livestream performance.
• Providing ongoing communication on marketing progress and results with stakeholders.
