Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :Job Title: Online Marketing Specialist
Location: Shanghai, China
Target onboard time: before Jan 31, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and user engagement on Xiaohongshu and Dewu.
- Create and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to the audience on these platforms.
- Monitor and analyze platform-specific metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content creators, designers, product managers) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, particularly for Xiaohongshu and Dewu.
- Manage and respond to user comments and messages to build community and foster brand loyalty.
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Identify and leverage key influencers and partnerships to expand reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- over 2 years of experience with a direct-to-consumer brand, preferably in Xiaohongshu, Dewu or other e-commerce organizations
- Candidates with Consumer electronics, Direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
- Proven track record in marketing planning and execution
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO and Paid Media), and key e-commerce metrics
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify problems, and come up with constructive solutions.
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
