Job Title: Online Reputation Management (ORM) SpecialistLocation: Remote/ BangaloreJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Qualitest is looking for an experienced ORM Specialist to manage and protect our brand’s online reputation across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing and communications teams to monitor online conversations, address negative feedback, and ensure Qualitest is perceived positively by customers, partners, and the public. The role involves proactive reputation-building strategies and reactive damage control, providing insights on public sentiment, and working to enhance our overall digital presence.Key Responsibilities:•Monitor and Analyze: Track and analyze online mentions of Qualitest on social media, review platforms, forums, blogs, and other digital channels.•Response Management: Proactively manage and respond to reviews, feedback, and inquiries to maintain a positive image of Qualitest.•Crisis Management: Identify potential reputation risks and implement mitigation strategies to handle any issues swiftly.•Sentiment Analysis: Provide reports on online sentiment and develop insights based on customer feedback and public opinion.•Collaborate: Work with internal teams (PR, Marketing, Customer Support) to align responses and ensure consistent messaging.•Enhance Brand Image: Lead initiatives to build a stronger online presence through positive reviews, influencer collaboration, and engaging content.•SEO Impact: Ensure positive content is optimized for search engines to improve Qualitest’s digital footprint.•Competitor Analysis: Track competitor reputations and provide insights for brand positioning strategies.Skills and Qualifications:•Experience: 3+ years of experience in online reputation management, public relations, or digital marketing.•Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional responses.•Crisis Management Experience: Ability to handle negative feedback and resolve conflicts tactfully and professionally.•Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media monitoring tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Mention, Hootsuite) and strong analytical skills to interpret online sentiment.•SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices to ensure positive content is visible.•Social Media Savvy: Hands-on experience with managing social media platforms and understanding of online communities.•Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all online content and responses reflect Qualitest’s brand values.•Proactive & Reactive: Ability to implement both proactive strategies (building a positive reputation) and reactive responses (crisis management).•Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams to align strategies and messaging.Preferred Qualifications:•Public Relations Background: Experience working with PR teams or agencies.•Influencer Management: Experience collaborating with influencers to promote positive brand perception.•Knowledge of the Tech Industry: Understanding of the tech, QA, or AI industries is a plus.3 must haves : ORM 4/5 Digital Platforms 4/5Strong communication skills (Verbal and written), 4/5Experience in B2B or Tech industry a great bonus
