Hartizen Homes is looking for a driven sales and marketing professional who is looking to make an impact as an Online Sales and Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee internet sales and assist with community launches and marketing campaigns.
This role involves developing and implementing training programs to meet division traffic and sales goals, guiding and training Internet Sales Coordinators with phone, sales, email, and customer services techniques. You will manage the distribution of leads generated through our website and other marketing channels and will be an integral part of the region’s sales team. Your ability to provide a superior level of customer service that creates loyal Hartizen Homes customers will help you excel. Primary ResponsibilitiesDirect management of web leads and offer prompt follow up (via phone, email & text) with your region's online inquiries to help achieve Hartizen Homes sales plans.In charge of training and managing on-line sales teamResponsible for consistently shopping and ensuring in-depth knowledge of new and resale competitionMonitor Internet Sales Coordinators’ phone calls, live chat dialogues, and other correspondences, and attend professional events for communities as needed.Utilize the systems and tools provided to update customer details and preferences. Be knowledgeable on all active and upcoming communities Assist with community launches and email drip campaignsFocus on an enhanced customer engagement and harness technology for operational excellenceSteer strategic growth and launching innovative sales and marketing programs. Position RequirementsMinimum of 4 years' experience in telephone and/or online customer service, with up-selling experience preferred. A college degree is preferred, but not required.
