Online Sales Manager

The Online Sales Manager will focus on impacting sales results at the community level, successful community launch execution and hiring/coaching/training Online Sales Consultants in their area of responsibility.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist the divisions in achieving communities at plan by communicating online sales activity, providing monthly reports and overseeing extra outreach activities in target communities Continuously enhance the customer experience by improving the skills of individual OSCs and refining the systems that support them Serve as liaison between OSC team, regional team, marketing team, division management and SMR to ensure frequent communication amongst the teams to execute community specific launch Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the OSC position including conversion goals and standards of performanceQualifications
Strong Organizational and Technology Skills with the ability to lead change Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred Demonstrated leadership experience preferred Share
