Position Summary
1. Maximize sales revenue by understanding the assigned regions and accounts.2. Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure the market leadership by managing market distribution trends.
3. Develop short, mid, and long term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives.
4. Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.
Role and Responsibilities
Sales Management:
o Dealer target: weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales tracking to deliver sales target
o JBP: working closely with dealer to develop JBP activities by monthly/quarterly
o Sales turnover (revenue) , stock and AR management
o Others: etc.
Sales forecast:
o Support to analyze the sales data (sales progress; sales mix ratio; sales trend)
o Analyze the GSCM data (trend of AP1; RTF in the system)
Marketing coordination:
o Do the implementation of marketing initiatives & programs including trade & consumer sales promotions
o Work closely with Brand/trade team to provide inputs into marketing activities and execution at stores.
Online sales:
o Develop/co-op with online accounts such as Lazada, Tiki, Shopee…
o Develop Samsung microsite on online accounts
o Develop sales scheme for online accounts
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
o Bachelor/ Diploma degree of Business Administration or related field.
o At least 5 years’ experience in Ecommerce Sales management
o Can work well under pressure.
o Good communication skill and team work spirit.
o Good English skills
