Job Description

Your Team

The Online Sales Specialist is responsible for receiving, monitoring, and responding to customer inquiries received via inbound phone calls and webforms for multiple Brookfield communities. They will work with potential customers, existing customers, real estate agents and brokers by answering questions, capturing customer and agent information within our CRM, and will set appointments for them to visit our New Home Counselors at Brookfield communities. This role will also follow up with prospective customers that have not yet visited with our sales team and work to schedule appointments for them to visit. A person in this role will need to develop a comprehensive and multi-regional understanding of all of Brookfield Texas’ properties, ensure the company is properly represented online; serve as the online sales channel expert and facilitate the handoff from the online platform to the New Home Counselors onsite.

Your Key Deliverables

Communicate with potential customers in a timely manner, adhering to the schedule and expectations set forth by the management team. Execute follow-up system to nurture leads and enable the customer to visit our communities to meet with a New Home Counselor.Field incoming calls and email from website, e-blasts, radio, TV, billboards, etc. and respond to missed calls in a timely manner.Identify prospect needs (price, home requirements, timeframe of move, location needs, and any other relevant information), capture the information in our CRM and facilitate getting customers to our New Home Counselors.Obtain contact information, Realtor status and other pertinent information and log in the CRM to allow for proper follow up.Maintain understanding of all communities and area information. This includes working onsite five days a week at various properties and knowing competitive information, promotions and incentives offered in each market.Maintain weekly tracking report of new leads, follow up contacts and other required information.Provide feedback on customer temperature, common concerns, frequently asked questions, and popular customer requests to marketing.Attend scheduled sales meetings and training sessionsAssist with sales and marketing support tasks, including but not limited to web site audits, meetings, assisting with competitive market studies and online marketing tactics.

Must Haves

High school diploma with certified completion of sales training course; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of sales, marketing and/or customer service experience. Working knowledge of the internet and communication tools including email, phone and chat tools are required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) such as Salesforce CRM is preferred.Familiarity with e-commerce sales tactics, strategies, and policies preferred.The role is onsite and in office, weekend work is required.
