OnPoint Administrator
Amentum
The OnPoint Administrator will ensure the Management Information System (MIS) page is operating effectively, ensures content is correct, ensures any technical issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner. Provides primary support for OnPoint by working closely with the Project Management staff. Establishes and maintains operational databases, software configuration control and system interfaces for the ACCOMS II MIS page.
Additional duties would include entering employee workplace injuries and accidents into the Intelex system.
**Principal Accountabilities**
_(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract)_
+ Provide OnPoint and SharePoint application support to manage all aspects of the MIS page.
+ Oversees the access for both USG and Amentum personnel.
+ Provide training for new users.
+ Ensure data is entered correctly.
+ Provide direct support as needed in entering data as needed.
+ Work with IT support/ Quality Director in solving any technical issues.
+ Open tickets and track to completion any enhancements to the system as directed.
+ Monitor data and KPIs for overall performance reporting.
+ Assist with quality audits.
+ Assists in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
+ Assist with EHS initiatives and reporting.
+ Assist with employees exit interviews.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge & Skills**
+ Understanding of IT Software Applications (Information Management, Microsoft Applications, SharePoint, OnPoint, MRO, Intelex
+ Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 or newer, including workflow and content management
+ Experience with Microsoft Office System and its integration with SharePoint.
+ Knowledge of governance, including policies, practices, procedures, and decision forums
+ Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic team and independently with customers at all levels
+ Ability to prepare and present briefings and training
+ Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks, as identified
+ Ability to problem solve, collaborate with support teams and analyze data.
+ Possession of excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
+ Knowledge and experience with higher quality standards such as ISO 9000 or AS 9100 series
+ Instills a safety-first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates
+ and minimal lost-time injuries.
**Experience & Education Preferred**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred in related discipline.
+ One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience with IT Application Administration.
+ Demonstrates the ability to progress in increasing roles of responsibilities.
+ Demonstrates autonomy and effective communication skills.
+ Experience with performing quality audits.
+ LSS Green Belt certified.
+ Microsoft certification(s): 365 Fundamentals, 365 Administrator Expert, 365 Collaboration/Communications Systems Association, 365 End Point preferred.
