**Position Summary**
Account Associate (Member Benefits) will be an onsite representative for a large public entity.
**Role Overview**
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST
+ *Schedules may be adjusted based on business need
+ In office (client site)
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Identifies constituent-specific service issues, identifies solutions, and may lead resolution of issues working with other areas.
+ Provides constituents with Aetna policy, plan design and benefit changes and network updates including analysis of impact.
+ Collaborates with account management team to achieve growth/renewal objectives; may assist in preparation and delivery of renewal packages.
+ May support plan administration activities, including installation, open-enrollment, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactively with support areas.
+ May assist in constituent training on product and policy questions.
+ Participates in customer’s New Hire Orientation- will be required to present on medical, dental, and RX benefits.
+ Will travel with HR personnel to offsite locations to participate in site visits.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 2-5 years of health insurance industry experience.
+ Texas Life & Health Insurance license, as required by state law within 90 days of start date.
+ Must be able to attend on and off site meetings/events.
+ Able to travel up to 25%.
+ Must be located in the San Antonio Region.
+ Attention to detail, Problem solving skills, Organizational skills, Able to meet monthly deadlines, Excellent Oral and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Client relationship experience.
+ Prior employee benefit management experience
+ Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
+ Strong working knowledge of Excel
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $40.90
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
