Associa is currently looking for an On-site Caretaker to join our team in Seaside, OR. The On-Site Caretaker at Whaler’s Point is responsible for maintaining the property, overseeing vendor services, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the community. This role requires 24/7 availability for emergencies and proactive property maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

\n\nBe on-call 24/7 for true emergencies: flood, fire, or life-threatening situations.\nMaintain an after-hours call log documenting the caller’s name, unit address, and reported issue.\nMaintain curb appeal through routine HOA maintenance (mowing, lawn care, debris cleanup, storm damage mitigation).\nProvide non-discriminatory assistance to all unit owners.\nOversee vendors and confirm satisfactory work completion.\nMonitor property surroundings and report disturbances or unauthorized access to police\nOther duties and responsibilities as needed\n\n
