Homeside Properties, and Associa company is looking to add Lifestyle Coordinator to the family to manage events and activities for a large scale community in Locus Grove, GA.

\n

\n

The Lifestyle Coordinator will oversee the activities and events of an HOA community. Daily responsibilities include interacting with homeowners and residents; researching, planning, coordinating and scheduling events; maintaining the event calendar; following up with vendors.

\n

\n

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

\n

\n\nOversee recreation events to ensure that they meet specific goals, guests’ interests and needs in alignment with corporate and local guidelines.\nDevelop, plan, and implement enjoyable programs and activities for guests to promote fitness, wellness, and enrichment.\nKeep records to improve future event planning, documenting guest reception and participation.\nManage and update the resident calendar and ensure accuracy.\nCreate and send out on-going event communications via newsletters, flyers, and mass emails.\nCreate weekly community updates, monthly newsletter, and manage ad placements.\nMaintain community websites, community calendar, and the Association social media activity\nOversee charter club applications, activities, and fitness classes at the Wellness Center.\nManage ticket sales, collect payments, ensure event up and break down.\nCoordinate with vendors to include Food and Beverage Department and transportation vendors.\nCoordinate travel events throughout the year to include transportation vendors, set up deposits and AP.\nManage homeowners who volunteer for events.\nAttend monthly lifestyle committee meetings.\nMeet with new homeowners and leasers to register, obtain access cards, review the Code of Conduct and HOA rules and regulations.\nAssist with event set-up and break down.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

\n Requirements\n2+ years of community events management experience\nOutgoing personality who is customer service oriented.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nOrganized, detailed oriented, works proactively, and anticipates the needs of homeowners and residents.\nExcellent time management and project management skills.\nProficient in MS Office Suite, managing online calendar, and mass emails.\nDevelop and manage vendor relationships.\nAbility to work outside of normal business hours due to days and times of scheduled events.\nAbility to lift up to 30 pounds.\n
