Job Title: Mail Clerk - Pharmacy

Job Description

The Mail Clerk plays a crucial role in managing pharmacy data entry, mailing member communications, and handling phone communications with members. The role primarily involves data entry across two screens in a highly production-driven environment, requiring adherence to schedules even after meeting goals. Onsite responsibilities include faxing and printing documents.

ResponsibilitiesFax and print documents.Perform pharmacy data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.Handle phone calls to members and providers.Adhere to a production-driven schedule and maintain workflow even after meeting goals.Assist staff with tasks to maintain proper workflow and meet time-sensitive deadlines.Engage in rotating responsibilities, including mailroom activities and outbound phone calls.Essential SkillsExperience in mail operations.Proficient data entry skills.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Effective written communication abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsCustomer service experience.Administrative support skills.Printer support and operational knowledge.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
