We are seeking a Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper. This person is a key player in providing curb appeal and a stunning overall appearance of the property for our current residents and guests. They are responsible for the daily cleaning of pool side bathrooms, pool area, hallways, laundry room, maintenance shop, dumpster area, clubhouse areas. They are also responsible for ongoing trash/debris removal daily on the property and parking areas and common areas. Helping maintain the common areas to achieve the best curb appeal for the property and assist in small maintenance tasks and other duties assigned by the association manager or Board of Directors.
Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance.
